I agree with @Ben Werdmuller below – the best thing Medium or any internet company really is to protect our creative production from being stolen by AI and business leaders who decides to mass produce content at no cost, not only engaging in IP theft, destroying thousands of jobs but also creating even more noise on the internet. Just like nuclear power, cloning, AI must be regulated and controlled at the highest level and soon. We've been through this already, letting tech companies do whatever they want and we see some of the dramatic results 20 years later. The danger is way too big. We also should think about creating a #madebyhumans hashtag, a series of letter AI bots across the world are prevented to use – with severe penalties for any company that do not comply with – just like speed limiters on cars or the need of prescription for certain medication.
